@ Exhibitor Check-In/Information Table
Shift 1 (1:30 PM - 4:00 PM) 4 slots
Shift 2 (4:00 PM - 6:30 PM) 4 slots
Responsibilites to include:
Directing Exhibitors to their Booths, Assisting with Special Needs. Troubleshooting
Issues, working with Expo Vendor, accept Door Prizes and bring to Door Prize table, set
up RFS Booths, etc.
@ Exhibitor BBQ
(3:30 - 6:30 PM) 3 slots
Responsibilities to include:
Setting up decorations on tables, emptying trash, cleaning off tables, resetting area for
following day, etc.

@ Greeters
Shift 1 (8:00 AM - 10:30 PM) 9 slots
Shift 2 (10:30 PM - 1:00 PM) 9 slots
Responsibilities to include:
Greeting Guests, handing out maps & Goody Bags, directing to Grand Prize Registration.
Urging guests to Register for the Grand Prize, empty boxes and bring names to Door Prize
Table.
@ Information Table
Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 11:00 PM) 3 slots
Shift 2 (11:00PM - 1:00 PM) 3 slots
Responsibilites to include:
Directing Exhibitors to their Booths, Assisting with Special Needs. Troubleshooting
Issues, working with Expo Vendor, Assist Volunteers with Assignments, etc.
@ First Aid/Lost & Found
Shift 1 (8:00 AM - 10:30 PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (10:30 PM - 1:00 PM) 1 slot
Responsibilites to include:
Remain available in case of emergency. Volunteer should have a minimum of Red
Cross Certified CPR training - preferably an RN, LPN, MD, etc.
@ Door Prize Tables
Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 11:00 PM) 3 slots
Shift 2 (11:00 PM - 1:30 PM) 3 slots
Responsibilites to include:
Monitoring Door Prizes to insure that they go to the correct party, picking prize winners
every 5 minutes and posting names on Prize Board.
@ Seminar Coordinators
Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 10:30 PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (10:30PM - 1:00 PM) 1 slot
Responsibilites to include:
Be check in point for the Seminar Speakers (12 seminar slots), work with speakers to
keep everything running smoothly and on time.
@ Clean Up/Take Down
(1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) 6 slots
Responsibilites to include:
Take down all Balloons, take down all RFS info and place in vehicle.
