Golden Jubilee needs volunteers for the following types of
positions at both events:

Exhibitor Check-In
Wednesday Shift: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM   (4 slots)
Responsibilities:
Directing Exhibitors to their Booths, Assisting with Special Needs. Troubleshooting Issues, working
with Expo Vendor, accept Door Prizes and bring to Door Prize table, etc.

Concierge Area (Greeters & Registration)
Wednesday Shift 1 (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) 8 slots
Wednesday Shift 2 (5:00PM - 7:00 PM) 8 slots
Thursday Shift 1 (8:00 AM - 10:30 PM) 10 slots
Thursday Shift 2 (10:30 PM - 1:00 PM) 10 slots
Responsibilities:
Greeting Guests, handing out maps & Goody Bags, directing to Registration, empty entry blanks and
bring names to Door Prize Table.

Door Prize Tables
Thursday Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 11:00 PM) 2 slots
Thursday Shift 2 (11:00 PM - 1:30 PM) 2 slots
Responsibilities:
Monitoring Door Prizes to insure that they go to the correct party, picking prize winners every 5 minutes
and posting names on Prize Board.

Seminar Coordinators
Wednesday Shift 1 (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)5 slot
Wednesday Shift 2 (5:00PM - 7:00 PM) 5 slot
Thursday Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 10:30 PM) 5 slot
Thursday Shift 2 (10:30PM - 1:00 PM) 5 slot
Responsibilities:
Assist our event sponsors with their "Street Talk" series and help attendees to learn about upcoming
presentations in that neighborhood. Street Talk presentations last for 10 minutes and will take place
every half-hour. (12 seminar slots), work with speakers to keep everything running smoothly and on
time.

Floaters
Wednesday Shift 1 (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) 2 slots
Wednesday Shift 2 (5:00PM - 7:00 PM) 2 slots
Thursday Shift 1 (8:30 AM - 10:30 PM) 2 slots
Thursday Shift 2 (10:30PM - 1:00 PM) 2 slots
Responsibilities:
Help where needed!

Clean Up/Take Down
Thursday Shift (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) 6 slots
Responsibilities:
help to pack up event supplies and place things in vehicles.
