Please Read:  Once your volunteer submission is received we will process it and send you
a confirmation.  We will make every effort to accommodate your specific request but at
times it may be necessary to slot you in a volunteer job. If that is the case, you will be
notified.  We request that you be at the event at least 15 minutes prior to your assigned
time and report to the Information Table for your assignment. We ask that you dress in
comfortable shoes, khaki shorts or pants and a white shirt. Thanks so much. We appreciate
your efforts! (snacks and water will be provided for you)
